All clients must have a recorded consultation prior to all services.
All new clients must have a recorded allergy colour test 48 hours before service. Includes bleach services so that toners can be used. All existing clients must have a recorded annual allergy colour test. All clients must have a further recorded allergy colour test following any periods of extended closure. Further tests maybe required.
All treatments will be undertaken by qualified hairstylist or therapist. Basin collar must be used at all times.
Note: Timings as quoted above for colour services relate to time spent hands on in the hair & application. They are a guide and may vary dependent upon hair length, density, texture and condition. May exclude product development time. Actual time in salon can be advised upon booking and consultation. All prices are from, dependent upon hair density, texture, length or makeup requirements.
